In 2020, Baili Group's newly constructed 130,000-square-meter factory officially began operations. The production facility features a 100,000-level cleanroom-standard workshop and boasts the latest automated production line, equipped with state-of-the-art machinery imported from Germany. Additionally, a modernized warehousing and logistics system has enabled Baili to achieve a significant leap in both product quality and operational efficiency.

The Baili Group has meticulously established a state-of-the-art R&D center and assembled a dedicated, expert R&D team, providing continuous momentum for product upgrades and process innovations at "Baili." Leveraging cutting-edge technologies, the R&D center seamlessly integrates theory with practice, fostering a robust enterprise-level innovation system that combines industry, academia, and research.

The entire production process—from the arrival of raw materials, excipients, and packaging materials, through the semi-finished product stage, to the finished goods and after-sales phases—includes rigorously designed inspection procedures. For instance, at the time of delivery and during production, random sampling inspections are conducted on raw materials and packaging materials; any non-conforming items are promptly coordinated with suppliers for resolution. Meanwhile, within the production facility, the area is divided into multiple responsibility zones, each overseen by dedicated personnel who perform GMP-compliant inspections. These inspections cover critical aspects such as equipment and environmental hygiene, staff attire and operational protocols, as well as potential risks like foreign objects and pest infestations. Any issues identified are documented immediately, ensuring timely corrective actions are taken.
