Ingredients Parts
Butter Lettuce 20g
Chicken thigh with skin 1 piece
Carrot shreds 10g
Teriyaki sauce 10g
Baileys Grilled Sauce 20g
Rectangular oatmeal burger embryo 1

 

Production steps

1. Marinate the skin-on chicken thighs with teriyaki sauce (overnight is best), and bake them in an air oven at 180°C for 5 minutes to keep warm.
2. Wash the lettuce and set aside
3. Cut the burger embryo in the middle, spread butter and bake in the pan, cut the noodles until slightly charred, and set aside. 4. Spread 10g sizzling sauce on each slice of the burger embryo
5. Assembly (from bottom to top)
Burger base→lettuce→carrot shreds→teriyaki chicken steak→burger top
