Production steps

1. Raise the pot and lower the oil, sauté the wagyu diced until cooked, pick up and set aside, save the bottom oil;
2. Add ginger and onion until fragrant, add rice and stir fry;
3. Add egg mixture and stir-fry the rice evenly over medium heat. After seasoning, add wagyu beef cubes, stir-fry with butter over high heat, and finally add shredded lettuce, stir and mix well.
