Production steps

1. Get the oil from the pan, fry the ginger slices, garlic, and star anise until fragrant;
2. Add beef pit brisket, Baileys peanut butter, Baileys tomato sauce and saute until fragrant, add water to a boil, turn to low heat and simmer for 80 minutes;
3. Add potatoes and tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes to season and thicken
