In order to summarize past work experience and achievements, and at the same time commend the outstanding collectives and individuals of the production department from April to June 2020, the company held the July staff meeting in the activity center on the 6th floor of the staff dormitory on the morning of July 21.
The conference was divided into four agenda items. The first item was the production report by Li Qingqiu, the production manager. Manager Li reviewed the production situation of each workshop in June and summarized and emphasized the key links of production safety.
In the second item of the conference, Tan Yuelong, director of the Quality Control Center, notified the food safety and quality accidents in June, and reviewed the quality accidents in some workshops, emphasizing the need to strengthen inspections of the production process and completely eliminate all hidden dangers. In the production process, the director, team leader and old employees of the workshop must supervise and guide the operation of new employees and temporary workers. They should not blindly pursue production efficiency and ignore food safety and quality.
The third item of the conference was the administrative personnel report by Director Shen of the Human Resources and Administration Department. He said that the sanitation and safety inspection of the dormitory had improved a lot this month, and thanked everyone for their cooperation; the current production tasks are heavy and some colleagues are off work. It’s late, you can choose to change the supper to milk bread, which is nutritious and convenient to eat, so that you can go home and rest soon after get off work. It is midsummer and the weather is relatively hot. Colleagues who are able to get home can drink some light. Salt water: It is recommended that older employees can add more calcium, because some colleagues have had work injuries such as fractures and bone fractures without obvious collisions.
Finally, the conference announced the six highest overall scores of the "Six Goods" workshops and outstanding horizontal accountability from April to June: safety in production, customer complaints, production efficiency, GMP and quality audits, labor discipline and employee relations, and innovation. For the list of winners of the billing staff, Director Tan will award the winning salad dressing, red kidney bean and jam workshops with pennants and bonuses, and Manager Li will award bonuses to the winners. So far this conference ended successfully.
